POSITION SUMMARY

  • POSITION SUMMARY The AVP/Senior Manager – Administration will lead and manage all administrative operations across the organization, ensuring efficient workplace management, budgeting, procurement, vendor governance, asset management, employee support services, and administrative compliance. The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, cost optimization, process improvements, and service delivery to support business growth and employee productivity.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrative Operations
  • • Oversee end-to-end administration activities across corporate offices and delivery centers.
  • • Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies, processes, and SOPs.
  • • Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and employee support services.
  • • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Budget Planning & Cost Management
  • • Prepare annual administration budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • • Monitor budget utilization and control administrative expenditures.
  • • Analyze spending trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • • Present MIS reports, budget variance analyses, and management dashboards.
  • Procurement & Purchase Management
  • • Manage procurement of office infrastructure, furniture, equipment, consumables, and services.
  • • Lead sourcing activities, vendor evaluations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and approval matrices.
  • • Monitor procurement cycles, inventory levels, and asset utilization.
  • Vendor & Contract Management
  • • Manage relationships with facility, housekeeping, security, travel, transportation, and other service vendors.
  • • Define and monitor SLAs and performance metrics.
  • • Drive cost efficiencies through strategic sourcing and negotiations.
  • • Conduct periodic vendor reviews and contract renewals.
  • Travel & Employee Services
  • • Oversee corporate travel, accommodation, transportation, guest house, and related services.
  • • Ensure effective employee support and service delivery.
  • • Resolve escalations related to administrative services.
